Edit a User

I'm looking to change a user's name. There doesn't seem to be a link to edit or change any details. If I delete a user and try to re-add, it just associates with old details. How can I force it to use the same email for a new user or change the current user's name?

correct. "you" cannot change someone else's name only they can by going to id.atlassian.com. unless of course you have their login info. :-)
