EazyBI - URGENT HELP

Hello. I´ve delete all my EazyBI reports and dashboards by mistake.
There were also a large number of new calculated fields created by myself for use in the reports.
Is it possible to recover these folders from a backup?
I'm using JIRA CLOUD.

Hi Celso,

EazyBI support do answer questions here but it's likely not going to be as urgent for them as opening a ticket directly in their support portal. I recommend reaching out directly from their support page. Best of luck in getting your reports and dashboards restored!

Yes, @Daniel Eads is correct, in such urgent case where eazyBI team direct intervention is necessary, it is best to contact eazyBI support directly. I know you have done this already, and we are on it.
