From 2 diff computers.
May you check my account? And how I can write to support? I have just 2 option, read docs or check the community.

I saw that you created a ticket with our CAs and there you mentioned the URL of the Cloud site.
Checking that site, I can see that you don't have permission to access Jira. Your account is active, but you are not part of the default group that allows access to Jira Software.
Please, reach out to your site administrator so they can add you to the jira-software-users group.
