ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS blocking access to Cloud JIRA

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I am having this issue, another user also had the same issue, there was nothing he did to resolve.  I 'd like to see a definitive answer to this issue since many people are dealing with this problem.  Anyone?

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There were reports in the past where this happened for quite new accounts. If this does not apply to your users - have you by chance had the opportunity to test via a alternative browser (Firefox for example)?

Also it would be of interest if a test login to id.atlassian.com works.

In case that all fails please feel also free to raise a request with Atlassian.
