Today we did an update to JIRA 11.3.2_x64

Upgraded from JIRA 10.3.3 to 11.3.2

Update ran without any problems/errors ... Jira Service starts, but browser shows ERR_CONNECTION_RESET ... no page is being displayed.

Hi @Johnny Chandler ,

Welcome to Atlassian community and thank you for your post.

In order to get a detailed analysis of the reason, it is required that you analyse the logs, mainly atlassian-jira.log*

Have you checked all the configuration files, included dbconfig.xml?

Here you can find a list of useful logs: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/useful-log-files-in-jira-data-center-1027120387.html

Hope it helps

I've checked and replaced it with the dbconfig.xml from the backup. I'm working with support now to resolve this issue along with others. Thanks....
