Hello Support-Team,

I try to close Epic's, but there is no Done/Close Option for EPICs in Overview:

EPIC no Done Option.png

If I close a EPIC by editing, the EPIC Status can be set to DONE, but the EPIC is still in EPIC-List on Backlog-Overview:
EPIC Closed manually.png

EPIC still in Backlog (Status = Done):

EPIC Done but Still in Backlog.png

Perhaps Related to Issue:

In Field Configuration I seen near duplicated EPIC Fields, it seams to me any VersionUpdate Script was not working fine in past.
Default Configuration EPIC Custom Fields duplicated.png

Duplicates are "EPIC-Status" and "EPIC Status", same with Link, Name - field of EPICs. All Fields are locked, therefore i can not edit these.

How can i solve the issue?
Is there an e.g. database script, which is correcting the database and merging/deletigng incorrect field names?

Hello,

I am not sure, how you managed to have Epic status and Epic-status fields. There must be only one field Epic Status available. Though do not delete the other field. You first need to understand, how you managed to have two fields

Also have a look at this KB:
