For the last one month, NO email notifications received from JIRA while creating new tasks, bugs, comments, etc, which is very difficult for us. Can you please fix this issue. It is very very urgent

For this issue you need to contact your JIRA admin, check project notification scheme, check for events Notification scheme is enabled and check Outgoing Email is enabled or not in System Configuration >> Mail >> Outgoing email.
