When a TICKET it is resolved a comment is add on customer portal. Can´t I edit this comment in post function. How I can edit comment of post function?

It looks like there is an automation rule created under the Project settings/automation. Check the rule and try to edit the comment text under THEN.
The postfunction you are referring to is the default one which we cannot edit.
Here is another option, you can also use a ScriptRunner for Jira addon to add an auto comment.
