Hello everybody,
our E-Mail notification doesn't work from the beginning on (for me as well as for the whole team) despite all settings (individuall as well as global) seems to be right and aktive. We are using the Cloud Free-account at the moment. Could anybody help me somehow? Sopport seems to be not possible with the Free-Plan ...
THANKS IN ADVANCE and kindest regards,
Martin

Hello @Martin Bierling
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
When is "from the beginning"?
What notifications are not being received?
Have you checked that outgoing email is not disabled?
https://yourSite.atlassian.net/secure/admin/OutgoingMailServers.jspa
Have you reviewed the notification configuration and confirmed that:
Are you getting the notifications under the Bell icon within the Jira Application?
Is anybody getting any email at all from your Jira instance?
Has each affected user checked their personal Notifications Preference (from the gear icon near your avatar) and confirmed that ALL notifications are enabled?
Are the emails all part of the same domain?

Hello @Trudy P Claspill
thanks a lot for your fast answer.
"from the beginning" is since we have startet testing JIRA in the Cloud Free plan (about 1 month ago maybe).
Notifications about work item events that are set up to be delivered to internal/licensed users.
"https://yourSite.atlassian.net/secure/admin/OutgoingMailServers.jspa" says: AKTIVE
Notification configuration should be all right.
The notifications under the Bell icon is working proper.
We are receiving "commercial" E-Mails from atlassian so far.
"Has each affected user checked their personal Notifications Preference (from the gear icon near your avatar) and confirmed that ALL notifications are enabled?" YES
"Are the emails all part of the same domain?" YES
Our IT just put the jira@ourSite.atlassian.net on the Whitelist - that shouldn't be a problem though.

It is possible that Atlassian has blacklisted your domain. The only way to find out is through Atlassian Technical Support. I am flagging your post here to raise it to the attention of Atlassian team members. They should get back to you within 2 business days
