Duplicate status values

Seeing multiple duplicate statuses, does it have something to do with the second screenshot?

Hello @Sanchit Batra

Your second screen image is a list of the statuses that are defined for use in Company Managed spaces.

Company Managed spaces can share globally defined configuration elements, like status values and workflows.

You may also have Team Managed spaces in use in your Jira instance.

Team Managed spaces are designed to support per-space customizations. The status values used in Team Managed space workflows are considered unique and distinct from the same status value used in other spaces, even if the status values use identical names.

When you have a dashboard gadget like you have shown in your first image that groups items by Status, and when the items being grouped are include items from Team Managed spaces, you can end up with the same apparent Status value listed multiple times.

You can identify whether a space is Team Managed or Company Managed by looking at the Type column in the Spaces list.

Hi Sanchit,

It is most assuredly because you have at least one Team-managed project showing up in addition to a Company-managed project. Is that the case for your filter?
