Hi All,
I'm using the JIRA roadmap on Plans. In Configuration / Scheduling / Dates I've established "Due date" as End date.
When I create a jira issue and introduce the Due Date inside the jira ticket, it is updated and displayed nicely on the roadmap BUT
when I try all the way around, introducing the Due date for a ticket on the Roadmap view, Due date field on the ticket itself is not updated, which is annoying as it is better to use roadmap view for defining dates but they are not displayed at a ticket view.
Could someone confirm?
Thank you
You need to Review the changes in Advanced Roadmaps in order to sync the changes in the Jira issue
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/save-changes-made-in-advanced-roadmaps/
Below is the reference
You can see here, we have a Jira Issue Due date changes being confirmed
And this is the Issue in Jira
Thanks,
Pramodh
Awesome Pramodh! Problem solved and very quickly! thank you very much.
On a final note, do you know if there is any config I can change to avoid this Review and Save process?
I'd rather remove that step and save all changes automatically.

Which Field I should select for Start Date and End Date in roadmap configuration.
As of now, I have added Report Date ( as start Date) and Due date (as end date).
When I submit (in review changes) , Roadmap is asking to update date format from DD/mm/YYYY to YYYY/MM/DD
How do I solve this issue .
Pls help
