Due Dates on Tasks/Issues Being Created

We have a form that initiates our campaign requests.  And recently when someone adds a 'due date' on the form, it is entered and adjusted to ANOTHER due date on our campaign requests board.  While we have some automation, we cannot find where this is happening, so we are befuddled :) Here is an example:

My Test form (entered date of 7/20/23):

I entered it to be due Thursday, July 20th. It adjusted to Tuesday, July 25.  There is another example too, but we cannot figure it out at all.  Can you help??

We found the culprit.

Hi @tracey.fudge , 

It could be due to the automation or post function applied on the create issue transition workflow. 

You need to check the global automation rules if some one created a global automation for the due date update.
