Draw.io diagram can not add to jira tickets

The following error appears when going to add a draw.io diagram to a Jira ticket.
Error: Not Found
The requested URL /connect/jira/editor2.html?issueId=213190&dialog=1&simpleDialog=1&xdm_e=https%3A%2F%2Fbsa2468.atlassian.net&xdm_c=channel-com.mxgraph.jira.plugins.drawio__drawioEditorBlank&cp=&xdm_deprecated_addon_key_do_not_use=com.mxgraph.jira.plugins.drawio&lic=none&cv=1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT was not found on this server.
