It worked on Monday, but today, it is not possible in a Next-Gen Scrum project to drag and drop issues on the Backlog screen to populate Sprints and prioritize within the Backlog and Sprints.  I have read a few posts on the topic without finding anything relevant.  Please, does anyone have any idea why this wouldn't work?  I have tried it as a Standard User and as an Administrator with every permission possible and no difference.

Drag and drop does work on a Classic Scrum project, so it must be some setting on the Next-Gen project.  What have I done?

Jira Software Cloud on Chrome Version 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thanks!

Hi, Mohamed:

I looked at the bug at Atlassian support and it does indeed look like they have corrected the problem.  I am able to rank issues on the Backlog screen now, both in the backlog and in a Sprint.  Thanks so much for responding - the Community is working!
