Doubts Jira Tempo Timesheets

Hello,

We have a couple of questions related to Jira Tempo Timesheets:

1. Is it possible to send notifications to the assigned person of an issue when someone logs work in a closed period?

2. Within the same Jira project with a single type of issue, is it possible to restrict the work registration permissions depending on the issue? For example, for issue1 only users A and B can register work and for issue2 only users B and C can register work.

Please, can you help us to solve the doubts?
