I like to mention that there is a problem in the Jira display when a ticket is marked as completed. The typical display of this status is represented with a strikethrough in a ticket number, but this does not appear to be the case for some tickets.

Additionally, does anyone know how to mass update tickets with done state but with "Unresolved" resolution?

@Raj_ Ila To mass update Jira issues that are in a "Done" status but still show "Unresolved" as their resolution, you can use bulk change operations in Jira.
