Hi @Rayhan Lizardo and welcome to the community,
When you are using TMP then the right foremost column is the one the project considers that has a resolution. So if my calculations are correct, then besides the DONE status, you have another one next to it on the right. If yo move these issues to the far right column, you can complete the sprint without a problem. Observe:
This applies to company-managed projects and boards too.
An issue is only "done" if it is in the last column of a board.
The non-board parts of Jira look at the resolution - empty = unresolved, any value filled in = resolved.
Most of us try to keep the resolution in line with the status - if the status puts it in the last column, the issue should have a resolution, if it's not in the last column, resolution should be empty.

@Rayhan Lizardo Welcome to the Atlassian community. Check the issues and see if they have a resolution. My guess is that they do not and that is why they are still showing up. You need to add a post function on the transition to done that will set a resolution so that they do not show up in your backlog.

Thank you for welcoming me :) ,
Question, Is it affected the sprint If I change the workflow when the sprint is running?
Thank you
