Donde puedo consultar mi Usuario y password en JIra?

Estoy tratando de integrar Katalon a JIRA, y al momento de ingresar el correo y el password  me genera error.

If you aren't sure of your Jira username and password, you can check with your Jira admin. They can let you know for sure what your username is. Your password, however, you will want to reset it if you cannot remember your existing password. There's not a way to verify that.
