Don't want to show the internal comments and respond to customer tab in a transition screen

Hi all!!

I have this situation, in a transition I have associated a screen only to change a group, but when the user tries to perform this transition, the tabs, respond to customer and internal comment are shown. 

My questions are;

- Can I do anything so those tabs are not shown to the user

- Is it possible to change the order of tabs?

Hi Rosana, this is a good question actually. I have never found a way to influence this default behavior but really have not focused much effort on it TBH. I simply ignore the default comment field that appears in my transition screens. I have seen where Server users have leveraged JS to accomplish this apparently but that is Server. Hopefully someone w/ more direct experience will chime in here and help.
