Don't see create issue

Hi,

 

I have migrated next-gen issues to classic but now I don't see creat issue button on newly migrated projects. I see creat issue if I create a new classic project but not on the migrated one.

Hello Reet,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Usually, the only feature that can block you from creating new issues is the permission scheme. If you are a site or project admin, navigate to the project > Project settings > Permissions and check if your user is properly added to the Create issues permission.

If you are not an Admin, ask your project admin to perform these steps for you.

If you already have the create issues permissions, allow me to better clarify some concepts of your description:

I have migrated next-gen issues to classic but now I don't see creat issue button on newly migrated projects.

Have you migrated single issues to your JIRA or entire projects to it?

If you migrated your issues to a classic project, were the migrated issues on a next-gen project in the same JIRA site or were it migrated from an external system?
