Don't see 'Configure Release Notes' link

Following the above link, I can click the Release Note link to generate the release notes, but there is no 'Configure Release Notes' link. We are using JIRA 5.2. We want to add one more column in the release note. How shall I do that?

I suspect this is related to your earlier question - have you actually got any versions in the project yet?  Also, release notes are not that configurable yet, you can't add columns without tweaking the templates as mentioned in the docs.
