Don't get an invite for project

Unfortunately I don't receive the invite when my program team is trying to add me to a new project - neither am I able to search for it. 

When they check the project access tab, my name is there - but I don't see the program, neither do I have access.

Are you able to login successfully to your Jira site and the problem is with accessing only the new project?

Is it a team managed project or a company managed Jira project? Can you ask this to your project admin?

Yes no problem logging in. I've asked both Admins of the project team to provide me access. It also shows in the team access, but unfortunately not working, see below screenshot..
