Domo to jira data center integration authentication issue

We are doing Domo to jira (data center) integration  but it shows below error

Failed to authenticate. Verify the credentials and try again Domo is ready, but jira failed to return the requested data (EOF).Please try again later

We are facing authentication issue shown as above while using Jira Rest API connector from Domo app store.

We already whitelisted Domo IP’s , so there is no firewall issue.

Do you have a Rest API enabled for your instance? Do you use a local account to authenticate? (are you using username or email as username). Could you check if you can log in to your instance using it? Any more detailed error in the logs?
