Domain verification for specific accounts

I have a technical question regarding Domain verification, based in this confluence doc: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/verify-a-domain-for-your-organization-873871234.html

We are interested in verifying the domain for my accounts through this process, however the instructions documented states that an email verification will be sent for all accounts in the domain.

Can you confirm if it’s possible to send the verification email only to the 100 users that we’ll register in the platform? We don’t want to confuse the users that won’t be registered (currently we have 291 accounts in the domain).

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When a domain is claimed on an Organization, users will receive a notification informing that the administrator manages their Atlassian account and they won't be able to change their email address or full name. 

Currently, it's not possible to disable this notification and it will be sent to all users from the domain. There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Ability to disable notifications when domain is verified
