Is it possible to change <badSubDomain>.atlassian.net to another personalized subdomain?. Ive subscribed with the tought in mind that this domain will be independent of each project.

No, actually you can't change the domain (yet)

You can buy a new one and migrate to it, although it will still be <something>.atlassian.net

You can change your sub-domain through Atlassian support. The sub-domain represents your tenant which should represent your company. Projects within the tenant are represented by their key.
