I am planning to upgrade JIRA to cloud from 7.1.0 Server .

We are using other products from Atlassian – Bamboo and Confluence as well. If we are upgrading JIRA, then will there be any issues with the compatibility with these 2 tools as well ?

The simple answer is no, it will not have any affect.

But, you might need to reconfigure your application links, and test behavior of Cloud Jira with Confluence, this is just because Cloud Jira is different product, and doesn't have that much resemblance with Server Jira as you might think.

For example, they have different UI.

Also because it's not on your network you are going to want to have a look at this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/atlassian-cloud-ip-ranges-and-domains-744721662.html

As your IT team will need to make some firewall exceptions to allow Jira Cloud to communicate with your other in-house servers.
