Does the activity stream gadget in Jira data center limit entries to only current user access

I want my system dashboard to display the Activity Stream gadget.  But I want to make sure that the entries displayed will be filtered by the current user permissions.

Yes, the Activity Stream gadget displays only data that is available to the user view it based on their permissions.
