Dear Community,

I have a business case for which we are trying to define levels of the issue type in our Jira. For example, Stories can be identified as level 1.

On one Advanced Search Reference document whose URL is given below:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/advanced-search-reference-jql-fields/

When I tried to use this field, it's not found in my instance. I am confused whether this field is a built-in field of Jira or it comes with Advanced Roadmap plugin or it might be the case, it is available for Jira Cloud only.

As per below document, it appears to be field of Advanced Roadmaps.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver0329/configuring-initiatives-and-other-hierarchy-levels-1021218664.html#:~:text=not%20created%20yet.-,In%20Jira%20Software%2C%20click%20or%20%3E%20Issues.,%2C%20click%20Settings%20%3E%20Hierarchy%20configuration.

Please confirm if anyone also come across this feature and please let me know if any further explanation of issue is required from my side.

Thanks in advanced to very helpful community.

Regards,
