Does "Outlook meeting for Jira" can support outlook which is not office 365?

My team's outlook is not office 365. I want to know that can I still use this app connect with outlook?

Unfortunately it requires an O365 subscription. That is what is stated in the more details section on the app's marketplace page. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220299/outlook-meetings-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
