Hi—I'm trying to set up a project in jira work mgmt, however, I'm unable to find if conditional logic can be used when building forms. I see that different forms can be created, however, I'd really like to create one large form so a user can request multiple assets at once, and that questions will populate based on the assets they need vs having to submit a different form for each asset they need.
Hello Melissa,
There isn't currently a way to set up conditional logic on JWM forms, hopefully that will change in the near future. You'd have to create multiple forms (which I know you don't want to do) or find a marketplace application that gives you that functionality.
Thanks, Samuel! Do you know an estimated time frame of when that will be available in the future?

Hello Melissa, I can't guarantee that Atlassian will implement this feature, so I can't really say.
However, if you want to stay updated on new functionality coming to Jira Work Management, you can follow the cloud roadmap here. The link is prefiltered to show you updates happening to Jira Work Management.
Atlassian allows the general public to create suggestions for new features. It looks like someone has already asked for what you're asking for here. You can vote on this issue and others. If there is enough interest, Atlassian will consider whether or not to implement this feature, which partly depends on popularity as well as where it fits into larger objectives and initiatives. I went ahead and voted on this issue as well.
Hope this helps
