Does jira have a desktop version ?

Hi,

We are considering using jira on a larger scale. Does Jira integrate best with a particular IDE or does it have a desktop version similar to Trello ?

I use PHPStorm by JetBrains (https://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/ ) and there's a Jira plugin that allows you to link to a Jira environment and search/browse/comment etc without leaving the IDE. Bundle this with the Jenkins/Bamboo/etc/etc Plugins and you could may never have to switch from the IDE.

But Atlassian don't do one.
