I reorganized some projects and moved some issues, deleted some others. It looks like Tempo timesheets from BEFORE I deleted issues have changed. Did I delete these historical time records when I delete dthe issue?
Yes, I think you did. Your time records are associated with issues, so deleting the issues also removes associated data.
I would recommend against deleting in issues in general. Rather use a workflow/resolution combination to close issues / mark them as no longer relevant than deleting them.
