Hi,
Is it possible to filter issues by due date in the Timeline view on a Jira board?
Filtering works well in List and Calendar views, but Timeline seems to lack this functionality. My goal is to select a specific due date and quickly see how many projects or orders are scheduled for that date, without switching views.
Rovo suggested using monthly automation rules, but that approach isn’t scalable or maintainable.
Has anyone found a better solution or workaround for this?
Thanks!
No there are no options for this in the time line view of a board.
As you are on premium you can make use of the Plans feature, include the board or project as a source.
On a Plan you can filter by dates.
Hi @Marc -Devoteam-
Which is the Plans feature? Where can I find it? Is it a separate view (like Timeline) or something completely different?
I'm still new in Jira and I am still learning all the terms and views.

According to your labels on this post, you are on a premium subscription.
Then you have Jira Plans (see option in menu bar).
It might be you don't have access to create plans, contact your Jira administrator for permissions.
