Does anyone have JIRA CORE users in their Software Data Center instance?

I have a JIRA Software Data Center instance with 500 users. I want to add additional users to my instance, but they do not require Software features.

My instance has a place for JIRA core, with a link to add users, however it tells me that I have to apply a trial license and to contact sales.

Does anyone have JIRA Core users in their DC?

At present JIRA Core is not available as a Data Center version - see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-62128 to track when it does become available.

Others may have a view on whether a server version of JIRA Core can happily coexist in a Data Center installation of JIRA Software.
