Does Jira and Confluence Cloud support integration with PingFederate.

Welcome to the community.

To enable single sign on with platforms such as PingFederate, you'll need to subscribe to Atlassian Access. You can then set up a generic SAML connection between Ping Federate and Atlassian Access, which will in turn manage Jira and Confluence Cloud (and any other Atlassian product). The instructions are here https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/saml-single-sign-on-943953302.html and should be familiar to your PingFederate administrator.

If PingFederate is like other identity providers, check first to see if there is a marketplace where you can use the automatic configuration tools :)

This is all based on the assumption that PingFederate supports SAML. It appears to do so - https://www.pingidentity.com/en/software/pingfederate.html - but there are a number of variants of the product that I'm not fully across.
