Hi,
I need to find the number of hours a bug spends in the "In Progress" status, but the "Average Time in Status" gadget seems to be using 24 hours instead of regular office hours.
To be more specific, I moved a bug to "In Progress" status on Friday @ 10 AM and moved it out of that status on Monday @ 12:00 PM. To my surprise, the gadget was showing 74 hours, while I was expecting 11 hours.
The questions are simple: Is this a bug? just a limitation? am I missing something here? is this a configuration issue on my side? is the "Time Spent" field the only solution for my problem?
