Does JIRA have a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for 508 accessibility testing?

Looking to make a potential purchase of the JIRA Agile, but US Government requires 508 accessibility testing. I saw some information on the Confluence product at this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DISC/Confluence+Section+508+Accessibility+Compliance, but couldn't find anything on Jira. Just wondering if something already exists.
