Hi all! I want to upload information to some customized fields I created. I have the issues already in JIRA and all the information in an excel file.

Could yo please help me to know how to upload the information from excel to my field in JIRA for existing tickets?

Hi,

You can do that via csv import. The import file should contain the issue key, summary and the custom fields that you need to update. To update existing issues, your CSV file needs to contain a column that maps to Issue Key. If an issue exists for a given key, it will be updated.
