Do we have REST API to create the workflow and it's node?

Please suggest if we have a REST API to create the workflow and all the nodes? If yes, could you please share the details?

The REST API does have some workflow editing capabilities, but does not yet have complete access. See https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/#api-group-Workflows
