Do team-managed projects not have the same approval rules as JSM?

I'm trying to set up an approval in a team-managed project. I set it up and added a list of people who could approve. However, it's wanting ALL of them to approve. Is there an option in team-managed projects to select how many from the list actually need to approve it? I only need one of the approvers each time.

This is my experience after playing a bit with the approvals in team-managed Jira business projects.  JSM had more flexibility in deciding how your approvers were defined and how many were needed to approve.
