Do not see the Backlog and Active sprints links on the left-hand side of JIRA

Hello,

I am an Admin and I do not see the Backlog and Active sprints links on the left-hand side of JIRA. My project is a Software project after I changed the type. Initially the project was a Business Project. I checked the permission schema as it is custom and I made sure that I can browse the project and can mange Sprints.
