Do not receive from JIRA after changed email password

Hi, after I changed my password for my work email, I do not receive any email from JIRA as the usual. I already check with my own support team but the result is we do not received any incoming email in the system. Can you help me on this?

Hello Azuren and welcome to the Community,

If I'm understanding, you and your team are not seeing emails from Jira since you've changed a password on an email account, which sounds like the password on the mail handler might have changed.

If this is the case we would suggest reviewing your mail handler configuration and ensure your passwords are updated and any multifactor/tokens as well, please see:
