I can access to my Company Jira with the URL as: https://jira.myCompanyName.com.tr which probably means it is Server/Data Center Jira.

My license information is  "Jira v8.4.1".

I would like to ask if I can use Jira Basic Roadmaps for free? If I can how?

Hello @meric_ozcan_ulakhaberlesme_com_tr

Welcome to the community.

That feature is not available in Jira Server and is not being considered for the Jira Server product.

If you are open to looking at third party apps (unlikely to be free) try you might want to take a look at the Marketplace site.  A quick search shows nultiple different titles for that term that are specific to Jira Server: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=server&product=jira&query=roadmap

The Advanced Roadmaps feature is available in Jira Data Center v8.15 and newer.

Do you know any free third party program that can be integrated to Jira for dependency management?

I would like to visualize the dependencies over a GUI, that's all I wanted.

No, I do not have a specific recommendation for a third party product that integrates with Jira for visualizing dependency management.

You could search the Marketplace for that term though to see what products come up.
