Display quick filters / Disable default search bar and assignee icons in Jira

Hi, 

I have recently joined a project, and trying to learn how to use Jira cloud. 

I couldn't find the answer I am looking for, and eventually asking :  

is there any methods to disable the basic search bar and assignee icons in Jira cloud?

or, is there any way to just display the 'quick filters' items?

this is how currently it looks like (i have deleted the icons and names)

but what my team wanted is the items below quick filters, and which should already expanded. (we already configured quick filters' items)

its always make some of us to have little more "efforts" to load up the issues, whom are not shown at the icons (people under that +6 button)

something like this will be perfect,

This is not possible. Long ago the quick filters used to all be displayed but users began to have such a collection of them that it necessitated collapsing them into a drop down.
