Display issues based on selection

I have a case where I need to display issues to certain users/group based on values selected from a field which has multiple values in it.

This group person when logs in, will need to see only the issues based on the 2 values from above and should not be able to view any other issues.

Please advise.

There may be a plugin, but I suspect you'll need to write a script. There isn't anything built in that will do that. Issue security won't do it.
