I have created a list of tasks with child tasks on the board and setup start and end dates.
When I go to roadmap I don't see any of my tasks displayed on the Roadmap, it's wanting me to create tasks again there, is there a way I can get my tasks from my board to show on the roadmap?
The Roadmap view is intended for a higher level view (Epics). Have you added your tasks to an Epic? Once they're part of an Epic you should be able to drill down and see the individual tasks on the Roadmap.
