We have noticed that after tickets are marked as Done or their status is changed, they either disappear or are no longer associated with any sprint. Could you please investigate and provide insights on this?

Can you make sure that the status done and other status are part of the board's jql ? Take a look at your column and see if your status are correctly mapped.
