Disabling trackbacks for a single Jira project?

We have trackbacks enabled between Jira and Confluence, principally so that someone can link to a Jira issue from a Confluence page, and a link back to the page gets created on the issue.

Is there a way to disable trackbacks for a single Jira project, so that links from Confluence to issues in that project do NOT result in an external link being created in Jira?
