Disable Tempo for certain issue types

I've created a new Issue Type and a new Field Configuration Scheme to hide all default time tracking fields (and other stuff I don't need in this particular issue type).

But with the Tempo plugin activated I still can see the button to log time and I still see the Tempo section below the Description section when viewing an issue.

Have a look at the screenshot below. The red framed sections are added by the tempo plugin. Altough I've hidden (and therefore disabled) all time-tracking functions in the Field Configuration Scheme for this issue type, the tempo plugin still adds these sections to the issue.

Is there a way to completely disable Tempo for certain issue types?

I received a reply from the tempo-plugin support team:

This is not possible in current version. I have created a request for the dev team and we will send you an email when a decision has been made to implement this request.
