I have a job that runs daily and sends an email to our Jira Service Desk once it's done that automatically adds customer X as a participant, how can I disable this user being added as a participant?
They are the only automatically added participant on this job.

Just to clarify, the customer X is the user associated to the email account that sent the email to JSD and customer X is added Request Participant instead of Reporter?

Customer X is a completely separate user from the email account sending the ticket in. I believe they may be CC'd into the email which isn't something I can change at this point.
